Client Agreement + Design Release Form

Not the most glamorous part of gardening… but just like compost, it’s essential!   
Here you'll find some the important info we need to get growing together — clear, simple, and designed to keep everyone (and every plant!) on the same page.

Thank you for choosing Dol + Moss for your garden design inspiration. This agreement outlines the scope of services provided, the limitations of those services, and the release of design usage rights. By purchasing from Dol + Moss, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms (unless otherwise stated in writing):

1. The designer (Dol + Moss) will provide:

- A curated digital image rendering (if applicable) of what your garden space might look like under the described conditions, and/or

- A customized Plant List & Care Instruction package based on the information you have provided.

2. These services do not include:

- Any physical installation or ongoing maintenance of plants.

- Warranty or guarantee that any plants will survive in your garden conditions.

3. It is the client's responsibility to:

- Provide accurate information about their garden (e.g. soil type, sun/shade, measurements).

- Call all required utilities for underground locate services prior to any digging.

- Purchase and care for any plants listed or suggested.

4. Dol + Moss accepts no liability or responsibility for:

- Plant failure due to weather, soil, drainage, pests, disease, or other local conditions.

- Any damages or injury resulting from the use of provided designs or installation by others.

- Product warranties offered by nurseries or third-party vendors.

5. Digital image renderings are:

- Non-scaled, artistic representations of your future garden potential.

- Intended for inspiration only and may include approximations of plant maturity, bloom time, or visual spacing.

6. Your purchase price includes:

- ONE design for ONE garden bed or image rendering per package purchased, unless otherwise quoted in writing.

7. By purchasing from us, you grant Dol + Moss permission to use any designs or photographs of your garden design space for promotional use (e.g., website, social media), unless otherwise stated in writing.
