Terms and Conditions

By purchasing any product or service from Dol + Moss, you (“the Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Scope of Services

Dol + Moss provides digital garden design concepts, including:

• Image Renderings: Curated digital visualizations of potential garden layouts.
• Plant Lists + Care Instructions: Customized recommendations of plant varieties with general care guidance.

Each purchase covers one design for one garden bed or one digital rendering, unless otherwise specified by a written, custom quote. Services are delivered in digital format only — no physical products or hand-drawn illustrations will be provided.

2. Image Renderings – Limitations & Expectations

Our Garden Vision Renderings are carefully curated based on the information you provide. These digital images represent an artistic interpretation of what your space could look like if planted and maintained appropriately. They are not construction drawings or landscape blueprints.

• Dol + Moss does not warrant or guarantee plant survival.
• Renderings assume ideal care, conditions, and plant performance as per your description of sunlight, soil, and moisture levels.
• The quality and success of your actual garden depend on many external factors including climate variability, plant care, installation methods, and local pests or disease.

3. Plant Recommendations & Vendor Responsibility

Plant suggestions are based on regional suitability, general performance, and your personal preferences. However:

• Any plant warranties or product guarantees must be addressed directly with the nursery, garden center, or vendor from which you purchase materials.
• Dol + Moss assumes no liability for plant health, sourcing, or post-installation performance.

4. Client Responsibilities

It is the sole responsibility of the Client to:

• Accurately describe all garden conditions (e.g. sun/shade exposure, soil type, moisture levels).
• Notify Dol + Moss of any restrictions or planting limitations (e.g. pets, invasive species, allergies).
• Contact all local utilities for underground service locates before any digging or planting begins.

Dol + Moss assumes no responsibility or liability for damage to property, underground services, or injury resulting from failure to complete a locate.

5. Design Usage & Revisions

Each design package includes one unique layout or plant list. Additional versions, bed expansions, or major layout changes may require an additional quote.

• Designs are intended for personal use only.
• Reproduction or resale of any Dol + Moss materials is not permitted without written consent.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Dol + Moss shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Any damages related to plant failure, inaccurate site conditions, or errors in Client-provided information.
• Any injuries or property damage related to garden installation.

The Dol + Moss total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the applicable service or product.

7. Intellectual Property

All digital designs, plant guides, and visual materials created by Dol + Moss remain the intellectual property of the designer. Clients may use these materials for their personal garden planning only.

8. Final Acknowledgement

By purchasing a product or service from Dol + Moss, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood these terms.
• You accept the limitations and disclaimers as outlined.
• You agree not to hold Dol + Moss liable beyond the delivery of the purchased product(s).
